Organic Cherry: Available from week 20 till week 28, with a diameter of more than 20mm and a minimum sugar level (Brix) of 20%. Red Cherry: Available from week 26 till week 34, with a diameter ranging between 17mm and 20mm and a minimum sugar level (Brix) of 17%.
